Elvis Performs to a Full House at the Empress Building

After a 5-year remodelling process, Elvis is the Empress Ballroom's first performance in many years. After significant investment, the big and magnificent historic facility that has hosted a variety of dinners, dances, and live performances for almost a century has reopened its doors to host special promoter events weddings, and private hiring activities.

The Empress Ballroom was built in the 1920s and still has its opulent furnishings and towering ceilings. The old-fashioned ballroom's sprung dance floor is the major attraction, though.

One of the top-rated international tribute acts is Mark Summers' Elvis Presley tribute, which was named the UK's Official Number One ELVIS Tribute performed to a full house at the Empress Building 3rd September 2022.

Mark has performed all around the world for more than 15 years and has won the National Tribute Music Awards three times. He has been called "The Closest to ELVIS"!

Mark has shared the screen with Elvis movie co-stars, members of the original band, close friends, the Memphis Mafia, and Presley family members including Priscilla.

The UK's top Elvis Tribute is coming to the Empress Building in Mexborough again in 2023 so don't miss the next one! Mark has had the good fortune to be asked to meet Priscilla four times and is a top selling international Elvis Tribute Artiste.
