a. Option 1: Promoter Full Control - Take the reins and enjoy full control over ticket sales by using your own ticket platform.

b. Option 2: Promoter Platform with Empress Ticket Platform - Combine the power of your own ticket platform with our seamless Empress ticket platform to provide attendees with an extraordinary ticketing experience.

c. Option 3: Empress Ticket Platform Only - Sit back, relax, and let us handle your ticketing needs exclusively through the Empress Building's ticket platform.

Seated Capacity: With a seating capacity of 200 guests along with a spacious dance floor.

Ticket Split:

We're excited to inform you that our ticket split arrangement stands at an attractive 50/50 to 70/30 split in favor of the promoter. This arrangement covers essential costs such as room configuration, sound engineer services, cleaning, and labor expenses. We believe in a fair and mutually beneficial partnership for your event's success.

Please note that while we provide an in-house sound engineer, spare microphones for band setups are not available. If additional microphones are required, we recommend coordinating with your own team or equipment provider to fulfil this requirement.

Promotional Opportunities:

We're fully committed to promoting the concerts we host and ensuring their success. Here are the promotional channels we utilise:

  • Listing on the "What's On" website page.

  • Engaging in email marketing campaigns three times a month.

  • A vast database of enthusiastic visitors.

  • Strong social media presence for wider reach.

  • Eye-catching posters and digital ads displayed in the ballroom.

  • Regular press releases are sent out three times a month.

Promoter Expectations:

To make your event shine, we kindly request the following from the promoter:

  • Promote the show passionately and take responsibility for the agreed ticket split percentage. For instance, if it's a 50/50 split, the promoter sells 50% of the tickets. If it's a 70/30 split, the promoter sells 70% of the tickets.

  • We expect engaging live concert videos of the band backstage, announcing their upcoming performance at the Empress Building.

  • A robust and consistent media campaign to promote the show at our prestigious venue. Flyers still work wonders when distributed at concerts during tours.

At the Empress Building, we prioritise the door take as it holds immense potential for income. It may require a little extra effort from the bands, but the rewards are equally remarkable.
