Jason Mace meets Tony Tarver

Jason Mace owner of the Empress Building tracks down, former manger Tony Tarver to find out more about the iconic buildings history. Tony now 92 living in nearby Swinton, was the well loved manager during the late 50s and 60s organised all the events and entertainment during this time.

Jason Said "I have a fabulous afternoon meeting with Tony Tarver and his lovely wife Carol. Tony now 92 was the events director at the Empress Building throughout the 60s and he gave me a fabulous Scrap book and some vintage ballroom photos to study, thank you"
