Constant Grant School of Dance

From the archive books of the Empress Building, the dance school of Constant Grant which is now the Constance Grant Dance Centre started instructions and lessons for beginners every Monday from 8th December 1962. Here is a very glamourous photo of Constant Grant we have enhanced and colourised.

As we venture in to re opening the Ballroom, there must be a new audience for a dance school, according to history records the school of dance entertained the young and old with plays, theatre and dance competitions.
